Our policy covers up-to 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we won’t be able to offer you a refund or a replace.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Also the original packaging should be intact.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Perishable goods: Food, Flowers, Newspapers or Magazines etc

Flammable Liquids or Gases

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, if applicable
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, Blu-ray’s, VHS tape, Software, Video Game, Cassette Tape or Vinyl Record that has been opened
Damaged or missing some part/s, not due to our error
Any item not in its original condition
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved then your refund, after processing will be credited to your account. You’ll get same amount of credit to purchase any other item, within a certain amount of days.
Replace (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and our collector will collect it from the shipper’s address.
Gifts If the purchased item was marked as a gift and was shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the purchased item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the item shipped to him/her directly to give personally, we will send a refund credit to the gift giver and he will found out about your return.
To return your product, wowjee will get it collect from your address.
Re-delivery Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Free Shipping applicable from 99.00 Aed and Above. Below 99.00 Aed, 20.00 Aed shipping charges will be applicable.

- In case of any Collection / Delivery within Free Zone / Airport / Sea Port additional charges will be applicable based on the weight / volume/size of cargo.
Other Statutory Levies / Charges if any shall be extra at actual like Jebel Ali Fze gate pass, Local goods IN/OUT form, RAK Road Tax, Ajman Toll Fee, or any such statutory or government charges, etc.
Delivery time considered is within 72 hrs, as such, the delivery will be affected (in the city areas) in accordance with the parking space availability.
While JBC will endeavor to exercise its best efforts to provide expeditious delivery in accordance with regular delivery schedules, However, JBC will not under any circumstances be liable for delays in deliveries occurred due to Force majeure or emergency calamities or situations like rain, flood, etc. or sudden changes in Govt. Rules Regulations which may affect transit time & beyond JBC control.
